By using Pet Comicz, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Pet Comicz is a service that generates AI comic strips from pet photos. You upload a photo, pick a style, setting, and action, and we generate a comic using AI. Comics are purchased with coins, which you buy via Stripe.

• Pet Comicz uses a coin-based credits system. You purchase coin packages via Stripe and spend coins to generate comics.
• Payment is processed by Stripe. All prices are in USD.
• Because coins are digital credits used for AI generation, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for purchased coins.
• If comic generation fails and coins are deducted without a result, contact us for a coin credit.
• Coins have no cash value and are non-transferable. Unused coins remain in your account indefinitely but may be forfeited if the service is discontinued.

• You retain ownership of photos you upload.
• By uploading, you grant Pet Comicz a limited license to process your photo for comic generation.
• Do not upload content that is illegal, harassing, threatening, or harmful.
• We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms.

• Comics are generated by AI and may not perfectly resemble your pet.
• AI outputs may occasionally be unexpected or inaccurate. We do not guarantee any specific result.
• Generated comics are provided for personal, non-commercial use.

• You may use your generated comics for personal, non-commercial purposes (sharing on social media, messaging, etc.).
• Pet Comicz retains no ownership over your uploaded photos.
• The Pet Comicz name, logo, and branding are our intellectual property.

You agree not to:

• Upload content that is illegal, obscene, or violates the rights of others
• Attempt to abuse, exploit, or reverse-engineer the service
• Use automated tools to spam uploads or payments
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity

Pet Comicz is provided “as is” without warranty. We do not guarantee uptime, availability, or that the service will be error-free. We may discontinue the service at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pet Comicz and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, unused coins are forfeited.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Pet Comicz after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the state in which the operator resides.
